95% of the chairs in stock will be delivered within a week. Chairs that have been ordered from stock can be delivered within 3 days of purchase (if you are located within 50 miles of London). If you are located outside of this radius, delivery has to be done through a courier which might take 5 to 10 days. Custom orders can take 4 to 16 weeks.
Our chairs come with manufacturer warranty, which is usually 5 to 12 years. If you have any issues with the chair you’ve purchased from us, please contact us. Please email us with a picture of the label of the chair, as well as proof of order, and we will resolve the problem.
