Unbelievably rude Irish woman pharmacist. Upset me so much I was shaking. I am a 65 year old and a mental health patient who she obviously thought she could speak to in a very abrupt rude manner. Not sure what happened to her customer service training. I looked on other reviews and also found another complaint about how rude she was to another lady with mental health problems. I think this person has the problem with people who suffer with mental health. I have now been told not to use their pharmacy anymore. How is this customer service. I obviously will not be shopping at Tesco's again if I am to be treated this way.
